Hi everyone,

This will be my third AIDS Run/Walk for Life, which supports the services my organization, APRI, provides to people living with and at risk from HIV.

As all of us know, this year has been a doozy so far and we're not done with it yet. For our clients, it has been even more of a roller coaster. If your immune system is compromised, what do you do? If you think you may have been exposed to HIV, where do you get tested?  Our team has not missed a beat even at the height of the pandemic, and nearly all of our services have continued in some shape or form. But we need all the help we can get as we face a fall and winter full of uncertainty, not to mention another year of possible funding cuts. 

Even though this year's Run/Walk is virtual, I'll be putting on my mask with a few friends to do a 5K Walk in Rhode Island and raise funds that ensure we can continue providing services we know people need. I hope you can help support us! Thank you.
